Review by hotel critic
During my recent stay at the Welmond, I found myself yearning for a bit of tranquility, which the hotel somewhat provided. Nestled in a bustling area, the soothing ambiance was a welcome respite from the chaos outside. My room was spacious, featuring a lovely view, though the cleanliness of the windows was a slight oversight. The highlight for me was the onsite Shangrilla Luxury Spa. I indulged in a full-body massage and felt an undeniable sense of serenity envelop me, aided by the lovely sauna and steam room facilities. Each session was carefully designed to promote relaxation, which, for me, was incredibly beneficial after long travels. Breakfast was a feast of choices, offering various options that were both tasty and satisfying. The limitations on guest visits were a bit unexpected and perhaps a hindrance for someone seeking a more communal experience.
